To help people develop life skills so as to assist them to enter into the fullness of the people they were intended to be - through encouragement, networking, training and provision of resources

To help people break a glass ceiling they find themselves trapped beneath, so as to allow them to blossom and grow into the fullness of the people they were meant to be - through help and guidance to break any external circumstances outside of their control that hold them back

To get alongside people who have a vision similar to ours, and assist them in the launch of their project - through support, encouragement, networking, training and provision of resources.
